History of Soledad from Native Americans to 1900
Grand Opening is March 14 from 1pm to 3pm.
This display is Part 1 of two displays celebrating Soledad's 150the Anniversary since it became a township. The display along with the one next year will focus on the history of Soledad and the surrounding area.
Museum Hours
Weekly during the Thursday Farmers' Market from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM beginning on Thursday, April 9, 2026 through September 24, 2026.
Museum and Farmers' Market are closed on July 2, 2026 due to the 4th of July Holiday.
Museum is open for special events.

Soledad Certified Farmers' Market
The Soledad Historical Society sponsors the Soledad Certified Farmers' Market.
The Society receives from each vendor an application fee and a weekly booth fee that helps to support the Society.
Farmers' Market Hours: Thursdays from April 9, 2026 to September 24, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It will be closed on July 2, 2026 due to the 4th of July Holiday.
The Farmers' Market is located on Soledad Street in front of the museum (137 Soledad St. Soledad, CA).

Membership
Membership in the Society is open to all who have an interest in preserving the history of Soledad and the surrounding area. The dues are $10 per year. For more information, click here or on the Membership Tab above.
