Directors and Officers

The Society is governed by a Board of Directors composed of at least five but no more than seven directors.  The directors provide leadership and direction for the Society.  All actions of the Society need a majority vote of the directors.  The directors may also chair one or more committees and serve as officers.  The four officers carry out the directions of the Board and the day to day operations of the Society.
